On Saturday, December 12, 2025, the Community Action for Community Foundation (CACFO) partnered with and supported Global TalentLink (GTL) in delivering a Capacity Building Program in Lakpazee Community, Republic of Liberia.
The program was designed to empower community members, especially young people, by equipping them with practical skills, career guidance, and personal development knowledge aimed at improving employability and self-reliance. Participants engaged in interactive discussions and learning sessions focused on talent development, skills enhancement, and preparing for opportunities in today’s evolving workforce.
CACFO’s involvement in the initiative demonstrates its ongoing commitment to community development, education, and human capital growth. Through this collaboration with Global TalentLink, CACFO helped create a platform that encouraged learning, knowledge sharing, and community participation.
The event received positive feedback from participants, many of whom expressed appreciation for the opportunity to gain valuable insights and guidance that can support their future goals. Community leaders also welcomed the initiative and encouraged similar programs to be extended to more communities.
CACFO remains committed to working with partners to strengthen capacity, promote inclusive development, and create sustainable opportunities for communities across Liberia.
